The house I am setting an appointment to see is fabulous on the outside but the ad says that the inside needs finishing and that the flooring, electric and plumbing are all there to be installed. Does this basically mean the house is a big empty shell with no paint on the walls, nothing installed (obviously) and so on. Also if the house needs finishing does this mean there is no toilet or shower in the bathrooms?
