to everyone who is not being helpful - especially grannygrunt or whatever the hell their name was - my dad works in business and even though i dont like him i have to admit hes fairly brilliant and has got the numbers so that he gets WAY more than 50% of everything. I know what i am doing, and calling this a “nimrod question” or whatever is just going to make you look like an idiot.

I am currently pending the sale of my house, and the buyer should be getting a house inspection done on my property within the next week. What kind of expenses (and possibly how much?) can I expect after the inspection is done? My house is only 11 years old, and has no major issues that I am aware of. Also, I bought the house about 1 1/2 years ago, and had only a few minor things wrong with the house during that inspection, and nothing major has changed since then. Any help would be great, this is my first experience in this type of thing. Thank you!
